| Plot |
| Vacancy is about a married couple, David Fox (Luke Wilson) and Amy Fox (Kate Beckinsale. They are on a road trip when their car suddenly breaks down in the middle of nowhere, leaving them stranded with nowhere to go... except for a run-down motel. Seemingly their only choice, they check in for the night, happy to have been able to find someplace to stay overnight. In their room, with the Television as their only form of entertainment, they watch these slasher movies and later realize that the movies that they are viewing were in fact filmed in the exact room that they are at. Now, they must find a way to escape before they become the next stars of the movie. |
