| Plot |
| José Gutierrez (Roberto Urbina), the son of a banker in Colombia, is kidnapped by a gang headed by Manuel (Carlos Valencia). In a short time, the ransom should reach the gang or José will be killed. Martha Gutierrez (Alejandra Borrero) and Carlos Gutierrez, (Tony Plana), José’s parents hire John (William Atherton) and his two men to oversee the ransom exchange. Though John has a discussion with Manuel for getting more time for the exchange, Manuel does not concede. So, one of his men gets started with the money, and the other, gathers a special operation team and starts off in a helicopter, to trace out José. All of them are fighting their old memories. José remembers his girlfriend, Luiza who has shown him the beauty of Columbia and revived his zeal for home. But, no sooner had he fell in love with her, than he lost her. The kidnappers also face problems. The rescue team has to overcome many adversities. Though there is hope and light, there is also a cloud of darkness, creating fear and turmoil. |
