| Plot |
| Wade Porter (Stephen Dorff) is a loving husband and father who finds himself thrown into a world where normal rules do not apply. Porter is a caring family man whose life could be considered completely average until one night. When a burglar breaks into Porter’s house, he tries to protect his family and winds up accidentally killing the burglar. Convicted of involuntary manslaughter, Porter is thrown into a maximum security facility for three years. At first, he is just a stunned citizen in a dangerous world, but the violence and brutality inside the prison begins to affect him. He stops being an honest man and turns into a prison thug. Will he be able to survive his sentence, and will his old life still be there, waiting for him? |
