| Plot |
| "The Passion of the Christ" is about the last 12 hours of Jesus' life. It starts out in the Garden of Gethsemane when Jesus is betrayed by Judas. He is then arrested by the Roman Guards and accused of blasphemy. Next He is put on trial under the rulings of Pontius Pilate and King Herod, where He is found guilty of blasphemy and sentenced to death by crucifiction. Then he carries the cross to Golgatha where he is crucified and dies. The disciples bury him, but then three days later he resurrects. Throughout the movie we learn about Jesus through flashbacks that He has of his past. |
