| Ben Kleinman (Paul Reiser) was leading a pretty normal life until the night that his father Sam (Peter Falk) shows up at his front door only to tell him that his mother Muriel (Olympia Dukakis) has left him. Soon Ben's wife and three sisters go to look for his mother while he and his father go on a short trip to look at some property that is up for sale. Soon that little trip becomes an opportunity for father and son to become closer. The road trip leads to an emotional and mental understanding for both of these men and strengthens their bond as father and son. |
